These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bag33 ("bag33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bag33 online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://bag33.io and all associated sub-pages, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bag33 operates exclusively for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform is designed, optimised, and intended for players who are legal residents of Bangladesh and who are 21 years of age or older. These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on bag33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are a legal resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the Platform from within the territory of Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via bag33's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any competent authority.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bag33 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of bag33, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.

bag33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or proof of address — and to withhold processing of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process is carried out in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and our commitment to maintaining a safe platform for all players.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bag33. The creation or operation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bag33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or void balances, and permanently bar the player from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to interact with the Platform. bag33 staff will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bag33 immediately by emailing [email protected]. bag33 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account for security purposes while the investigation is ongoing.

bag33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

All deposits and withdrawals on bag33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bag33 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service fees, which are beyond bag33's control.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. bag33 will notify players of any changes to supported payment methods via the Platform.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 BDT unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (the "return-to-source" rule), subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are between 15 minutes and 24 hours from the time of request approval, depending on the payment method and time of day (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawal Requirements: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete the bag33 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a selfie, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

bag33 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where: (a) account verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been fulfilled.

Players must not use the bag33 platform as a payment processing service. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity will be flagged and may result in the reversal of the deposit and closure of the account.

bag33 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Unclaimed, unused, or unexpired bonuses that have not been activated within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on bag33 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
• Abuse & Fraud: bag33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using promotional funds, collusion between accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and the use of arbitrage strategies specifically designed to defeat promotional mechanics. Any account found engaging in such conduct will have bonus funds voided and may be permanently closed.

bag33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of bag33 management regarding the interpretation or application of promotional terms is final and binding.

All bets and wagers placed on bag33 — whether on sports markets (including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international matches), casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash games, or slots — are subject to the following general rules.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the bag33 system. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to system error, connectivity issues, or market suspension are not valid and will be refunded.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement. bag33 reserves the right to impose stake limits on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Palpable Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted due to a clearly incorrect or "palpable" price — including pricing errors, data feed errors, or system malfunctions — bag33 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake regardless of the outcome. A palpable error is defined as any odds, price, or game outcome that is manifestly incorrect based on prevailing market information at the time of the event.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void (and the stake refunded) in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment of a match without a result being determined, fixture postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window, or data feed failure that prevents accurate settlement. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

RNG & Fair Play: All slot and casino games on bag33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are independently tested and are not influenced by bag33 or by the size of any individual player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bag33 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information during the registration process.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Attempting to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or use the Platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, threats, or discriminatory conduct toward bag33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code or underlying systems of the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith where the player has received and used the deposited funds for genuine gaming activity.

bag33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a small number of individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform; (b) use any bag33 intellectual property for commercial purposes; (c) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website; or (d) use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bag33's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bag33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses.

bag33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party data feed outages, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions — may temporarily affect Platform availability. bag33 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate expected downtime periods where practicable.

bag33's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bag33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your bag33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

bag33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities; (c) the player no longer meets the eligibility requirements; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the Platform.

In cases where an account is closed by bag33 due to a proven breach of these Terms, bag33 reserves the right to withhold all funds held in the account — including deposited funds and winnings — as compensation for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the breach.

bag33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bag33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the closure of your account and return of any withdrawable balance.
